Welcome!

Welcome to my blogspot ~ it's a new one ~ made especially for me and my gizmo blogs ~ gizmo being my new lap band tool for weight loss and the journey I am on.....

This blog is a work in progress...like me so I will be adding pictures, quotes, whatever I want to as I go along ~ did I mention this is my blog spot so I can do what I want with it?! ;-)
