They're BACK!!

The journal and the scale that is! That's right folks I went to the "moving trailer" and found the box marked WEIGH SCALE and I brought that thing inside and this morning I stepped on it ~ 3 different times ~ always gotta do 3 times to make sure I am getting the right number and with all the moving around, setting it up again, I'll take what it read

and go from there. Now I won't move it again and I'll tip toe onto that baby again next Friday morning and see what it reads!

The journal ~ yes, it's out again too, why cuz I tend to eat mindlessly more than I should! Must be disciplined in all things in my life. I'm really trying folks. Prayers appreciated!
