Went for my next visit to the local lap band doctor, I was up about 6 lbs since the first visit with him back in October. Oh the holidays......how they got me.
The doctor asked me about an increase fill in my band? I questioned about it already being maxed out? Only way to tell what is going on inside and make sure everything is in place and the size it should be is well you lap band peeps know........
drink the gunk and watch it go down with an upper GI so this morning I did just that.
I go back to the lap band doctor next week.
I'll keep you posted (literally).
